With open actions, you link hotkeys to open files: just write the full path of your file. The tool will then use the system resources to open your file with the appropriate tool automatically.

Tip: you can use the Webapp mode in order to open a web site in a standalone windows application, typically useful for autonomous web application such as email clients.
